IDF Says Over 180 Hezbollah Terrorists Killed in Largest Lebanon Strike
The IDF announced over 180 Hezbollah terrorists killed in its largest strike across Lebanon, targeting command centers in Beirut, Beqaa Valley, and southern.
Jerusalem, 10 April, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The Israeli military said Friday that more than 180 Hezbollah terrorists were Killed in what it described as its largest coordinated strike across Lebanon since the start of Operation “Lion’s Roar.”
According to the IDF, the large-scale attack was carried out on Wednesday against Hezbollah command centers and military infrastructure in three areas simultaneously — Beirut, the Beqaa Valley, and southern Lebanon.
The military said the operation followed attempts by Hezbollah terrorists to expand their activity and spread into additional areas north of Beirut.
The strike was based on what the IDF described as precise, high-quality intelligence and unique capabilities, enabling simultaneous attacks in multiple locations within a single minute.
Following an initial intelligence assessment by Military Intelligence, the IDF said it could confirm that more than 180 Hezbollah terrorists had been killed, adding that the count was still ongoing.
