Trustee's procedure for debt discharge approval in insolvency proceedings is detailed, including conduct, extensions, and retroactive cancellation.
This procedure regulates the granting of discharge approval to a debtor in insolvency proceedings. In addition, the procedure includes guidelines for trustees regarding the expected conduct from them before and after the granting of discharge, in connection with applications to change the terms of the economic rehabilitation order for the purpose of extending the payment period and consequently extending the date on which discharge will be granted to the debtor, and for applications to cancel the discharge retroactively.
