We are witnessing in some of the scenes a gathering of onlookers, which constitutes a significant disruption to the management of the scene and the activity of forces in the field. We appeal to the public of onlookers to immediately move away and allow police, fire and rescue, Home Front Command, Magen David Adom, and United Hatzalah to carry out their mission in the various scenes. Beyond the danger inherent in the presence of civilians at the impact sites, there is a real need to keep emergency routes clear and allow rapid access for security and rescue forces.
