Definitions 
“RAI”         –                     Israel Land Authority.
 
“Activity Site”         –       The original Instagram page of RAI (Israel Land Authority).
 
“The Activity”                –         An activity in which we invite followers of the page to share (via private message DM only) a photo they took on the theme of water flows in nature. A selection committee (jury) will choose one winner, whose photo, according to the committee’s decision, will be the most impressive and suitable. 

“Selection Committee”        –         A committee composed of professional photographers, who will work alongside the RAI team, and will be chosen (exclusively) by the authorized parties at the Israel Land Authority to be part of the committee members.
 
“Participant”                –           A person who is 16 years of age or older, has an Instagram account, has met all the conditions detailed in these regulations, and has sent us a private message with an original photo they took themselves, as requested on the RAI Instagram page.
 
“Activity Period”      –     The activity will take place from January 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM and will end on February 09, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Should there be any changes in the dates, an announcement will be made accordingly.
 
“Winner Announcement Date”  –  The winner will be announced up to two weeks from the closing date of the competition.
 
“Prizes”                  –       Only 1 winner – The winning photo will award its photographer a voucher worth NIS 500.    
General:
1. The masculine gender used in these regulations also refers to the feminine gender and vice versa; the use of the masculine or feminine gender is for convenience only. 
2. The terms of the activity will be as detailed in these regulations. In case of any contradiction between these regulations and any other publication regarding the activity, the provisions of these regulations shall prevail. 
3. The activity supervisor is the sole authority for deciding on the interpretation of the regulations and/or disputes arising from the regulations. 

The Activity
Conditions for Participation in the Activity:
4. Participation in the activity is subject to the conditions detailed in these regulations. The regulations will be available for Participants to review on the RAI Instagram bio page. Participation in the activity constitutes a declaration by the participant that they have read the regulations, understood their provisions, and accept all their terms and conditions. 

5. The use of offensive, pornographic content, vulgar language, and/or harm to RAI and/or third parties and/or defamation is strictly prohibited, and RAI reserves the right to delete any content that, in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all, it deems unsuitable, including disqualifying a person from participating in the activity and/or winning a prize due to the use of such content during the activity. 

6. The use of materials that infringe on copyrights and/or any other rights of third parties is strictly prohibited, and RAI reserves the right to delete any such content, and even to disqualify a person from participating in the activity and/or winning a prize due to the use of such content during the activity. 

7. The use of false information, such as participation through fictitious users, impersonation, manipulation, etc., may lead to the disqualification of the participant at RAI’s sole discretion, and may also lead to legal proceedings against the participant. 

8. Participation in the activity is at the participants’ own risk. RAI will not be responsible for any damage of any kind whatsoever caused to any participant in the activity due to and/or in connection with their participation in the activity. 

9. RAI and anyone on its behalf and/or for it will not bear any responsibility, of any kind, for any malfunctions that may occur during the activity, even if they prevent someone from participating in the activity, and even if they affect the results of the activity. 

10. Every participant in the activity undertakes to indemnify RAI and/or anyone on its behalf and/or for it, for any damage and/or loss and/or claim and/or demand from third parties against it, immediately upon demand and without limitation in amount. 

11. By participating in the activity, each participant authorizes RAI to use the photo they published in the competition post on social networks and media, including the use of their full name. 

12. Without derogating from the foregoing, RAI shall be entitled, at its absolute and sole discretion, to change the activity period and/or shorten or extend it and/or stop the activity, for any reason or no reason at all, even without prior notice of the termination and/or cessation of the activity. RAI shall not be responsible or liable for any obligation whatsoever due to such a decision. 

13. RAI reserves the right to change and/or amend these regulations, in whole or in part, at any time, and also to cancel the activity completely for any reason or no reason at all, and participants are responsible for staying updated on such changes, if any. 

14. Without derogating from the foregoing, RAI shall be entitled to disqualify a participant and/or winner in the activity even after they have received the prize, according to the decision of the activity supervisor, in circumstances where there is suspicion that the participant and/or winner is not eligible and/or worthy and/or acted in violation of the regulations and/or acted by improper and/or unworthy means to try to win the activity and/or influence its results in any way. If such a decision is made regarding a winner who has already received the prize, RAI shall be entitled to demand the return of the prize, and if it has already been redeemed, to demand its value from them. The winner will not be able to claim against this decision and/or sue for damages from RAI and/or anyone on its behalf and/or for it as stated. 

How to Participate in the Activity
15. Participants must “like” the Israel Land Authority’s Instagram page, and send a private message via RAI’s Instagram account (DM) with the photo they took themselves – do not share a photo taken by another party. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the competition is intended for original photos taken exclusively by the participant; do not upload photos created with the assistance of artificial intelligence (AI).
Sharing will be done by commenting on the competition post including a photo and a text explanation, stating when and where it was taken. Photos taken abroad will not participate in the competition.

16. Subject to these regulations, the selection committee will choose the winner according to its professional discretion and will announce the winning photo of the competition on RAI’s Instagram page.

 17. Each participant is entitled to participate and win only once. 

18. Participants in the activity may cancel their participation at any time. 

19. RAI reserves the right, for any reason or no reason at all, to change and/or replace and/or cancel the prizes in the activity, and participants, including winners, will have no claim in this matter. 

20. In the event of a malfunction in the prize awarded and/or in its redemption, whether due to a malfunction in the prize itself or due to human error, and also, if the winner incurs any damage in connection with the prize awarded, this shall not constitute a basis for any claim and/or lawsuit and/or demand against RAI and/or anyone on its behalf and/or for it, not even regarding the nature and/or quality of the prize awarded. 

21. Participation in the activity is prohibited for RAI employees and their families, employees of Paar & Levin company and their families.

22. Do not send a photo with the photographer’s name or signature on it.
