Minister of Foreign Affairs Gideon Sa’ar held a virtual briefing a short while ago today (Tuesday, 3 March 2026) for all ambassadors stationed in Israel. Approximately 60 ambassadors participated in the briefing.
The Foreign Minister told the ambassadors that following the Iranian regime’s attacks on all its neighbors and the massacre of its own people, countries around the world must cut off their relations with it.
He stated that Israel is not prepared to live under a threat of elimination, just as no other country in the world would be willing to do.
The Minister also addressed Hezbollah’s attack on Israel and its joining the war:
“This once again proves that Hezbollah operates in the service of Iran and against the interests of Lebanon and its citizens.”
In addition, Minister Sa’ar answered the ambassadors’ questions.
The Foreign Minister also referred to the Iranian regime’s attacks on the Gulf states, saying that this serves as further proof that Iran is dangerous to all countries in the region.”
