Jerusalem, 19 May, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Vortex Imaging Inc., a US-Israeli Medical imaging company, has raised $12 million in a financing round backed by Israeli and US-based investors, including Israel’s 10D Ventures, Entrée Capital, and Harel T.E.C Partnership, US-based Connecticut Innovations, and PhiFund Ventures.

The company said proceeds will support regulatory clearance and commercialization of its computational ultrasound system designed to deliver 3D volumetric imaging at the point of care. It also announced an expanded board, naming Israeli MedTech executive Ori Hadomi as chairman as it pushes toward FDA Clearance and clinical deployment.
