Jerusalem, 21 June, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security announced a NIS 13 million ($4.4 million) investment to expand agricultural tourism in northern Israel as part of a broader plan to Strengthen local agriculture and economies.

The funding will support farmers, entrepreneurs and communities near the Lebanese border in developing tourism initiatives including farm visits, workshops, visitor centers, self-picking experiences and sales areas.
