The guidance areas: confrontation line, northern Golan, Upper Galilee, the Bay, and the communities of Katzrin and Kedmat Tzvi (in the southern Golan guidance area) will remain at a reduced activity level, according to the following guidelines: * Educational activity – Educational activity can be held within a standard protected space. * Gatherings and services – Up to 50 people in an open area and up to 200 people in a building. * Workplaces – Operations are permitted in a location from which a standard protected space can be reached during a defensive situation. * Essential economy – Operations are permitted in a building or location from which a standard protected space can be reached during a defensive situation. * The beaches are closed to the public.
