The Commando Brigade forces are operating under the command of Division 98 to deepen targeted ground operations and destroy terror infrastructure in southern Lebanon.
In an operation in the Qasbat Inta neighborhood in the Bint Jbeil area, Egoz unit fighters raided a combat zone used by Hezbollah yesterday (Wednesday). The forces located dozens of weapons that the organization’s terrorists used to advance terror activities from within a civilian area.
Among the weapons found were: RPGs, Kalashnikov rifles, ammunition, grenades, an anti-aircraft missile, observation equipment, and combat gear.
Concurrently, Maglan unit fighters eliminated numerous terrorists operating from the same area and attempting to advance terror routes against our forces.
After the searches were completed, the forces destroyed approximately 70 terror infrastructures in just one minute.
