During an operational activity by the Air Force in the skies over Iran, a surface-to-air missile was fired towards an Israeli fighter jet. The crew acted according to procedures, no damage was caused to the aircraft, and the mission was completed as planned. Since the beginning of the war, several attempts have been made to hit Israeli fighter jets in the skies over Iran, and the aircrews have successfully dealt with the threat. The Air Force will continue to fly and attack wherever required throughout Iran and will complete its missions under threat in every operational sortie.
