Jerusalem, 15 March, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s agricultural supply chains remain stable despite the war, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security said on Monday.
Agriculture Minister Avi Dichter toured a Shufersal supermarket this morning to assess market supply and logistics. Milk, eggs, meat, and other fresh produce continue to meet local demand, while slaughterhouses and maritime imports remain operational. Over the weekend, around 190 containers of fresh produce — including grapes, pineapples, and onions — arrived at Israeli ports.
The Ministry is also working to facilitate air exports for sectors like flowers and spices.
