Apartment Prices Decrease Slightly

Israel's Central Bureau of Statistics reports a 0.1% dip in apartment prices between November 2025 and January 2026.

Jerusalem, 17 March, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Comparing the prices of transactions carried out in the months of December 2025 – January 2026, compared to the prices of transactions carried out in the months of November 2025 – December 2025, it was found that apartment prices decreased by 0.1%. This is according to Israel’s Central Bureau of Statistics.

The figure is not final since there are additional transactions that were carried out during this period that have not yet been reported.
