Slight Increases in March Producer Price Indexes
Israel's industrial output prices rose 0.8% in March 2026, driven by a 3.6% increase in fuel prices, according to the Central Bureau of Statistics.
Jerusalem, 16 April, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Central Bureau of Statistics released the data on the “Producer Price Index” for March-2026.
The industrial output Price Index for domestic destinations increased by 0.8% in March 2026 compared to February 2026.
The index excluding fuels increased by 0.6% in March 2026 compared to February 2026.
In the last 12 months (March 2026 compared to March 2025), the industrial output Price index for domestic destinations decreased by 2.9%, and the index excluding fuels decreased by 1.6%.
This month, fuel prices increased by 3.6%. In the last 12 months (March 2026 compared to March 2025), fuel prices decreased by 15.2%.
The Mining and Quarrying Price Index for Domestic Destinations increased by 2.3% in March 2026 compared to February 2026. In the last 12 months (March 2026 compared to March 2025), the index decreased by 6.4%.
