IDF forces from the Jordan Valley and the Valleys Brigade thwarted a drug smuggling operation worth millions of shekels on the eastern border earlier today (Friday).

Fighters from the “Lions of the Jordan” battalion, guided by observation post soldiers, rushed to the location, thwarted the smuggling, and seized approximately 75 kilograms of drugs worth millions of shekels. The seized drugs were transferred for further processing by the Israel Police.
