100 KG of Cannabis Confiscated in Police Drug Raid
Israel Police seized 100 kg of cannabis from a drug lab in Afula, northern Israel, following an undercover operation. A 45-year-old man was arrested as police.
Jerusalem, 16 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The Israel Police in the north of the country uncovered a drug lab set up inside a house in the city of Afula, where hundreds of cannabis plants and seeds weighing a total of about 100 kg were found.
The drugs were found after an undercover investigation.
Extensive equipment and advanced systems worth tens of thousands of shekels were also found at the location.
In the meantime, the suspect, a 45-year-old man from Netanya, was arrested for questioning at the police station.
