Jerusalem, 3 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli fintech firm Datarails has launched Spend Control, an AI-powered platform designed to give CFOs full visibility over vendor contracts and subscriptions. The tool, fully integrated with ERP systems, automatically reviews contracts, benchmarks market alternatives, and drafts optimized renewal requests.

“Finance teams are losing millions to zombie subscriptions and duplicate tools because they lack a unified view of their vendor landscape,” said Didi Gurfinkel, CEO. Spend Control aims to reduce redundancies, improve budgeting, and transform contract management from a cost center into a strategic advantage. The launch follows Datarails’ $70 million Series C funding round.
