Nour Center of Tourism Planned for Carmel Coast

Israel Land Authority approves a major tourism development in Moshav Dor on the Carmel Coast, promising 515 rooms and new jobs.

Jerusalem, 16 March, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The Israel Land Authority management approved the establishment of a significant tourist development area for hotels and recreation in Moshav Dor on the Carmel Coast, which will include approximately 515 rooms on an area of approximately 80,000 square meters.

A hotel with 400 rooms, rural accommodation, and a camping area for tents and caravans will be built on the planned area. The deal will involve the Hadera Gardens Company.

The approval given by the Israel Land Authority will allow for tourism development on a larger scale and at a higher level and the creation of a tourist center near Dor Beach that will attract many vacationers every year.

The tourist center is also expected to create new sources of employment and serve as an economic engine for the development of the entire region.
