Israel’s Kaltura to Acquire Canada’s PathFactory in $22M AI Deal
Israeli video tech firm Kaltura is acquiring Toronto-based AI content platform PathFactory for $22M to boost personalized user experiences.
Jerusalem, 17 March, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israel-based Kaltura has signed a definitive agreement to Acquire AI content platform PathFactory for about $22 million in cash, as it expands its capabilities in the growing field of agentic digital experiences.
The deal will integrate the Toronto-based PathFactory’s technology for analyzing user intent and orchestrating personalized content journeys into Kaltura’s platform, which has been evolving beyond video services into broader AI-driven engagement tools. The move follows Kaltura’s recent acquisition of eSelf.ai, adding conversational avatar capabilities.
Kaltura said the combined technologies will enable organizations to deliver more personalized, data-driven interactions across marketing, training, and customer engagement. PathFactory serves More Than 100 enterprise clients, including major global brands.
The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions.
