World-Renowned Jewish American Architect Frank Gehry Dies, Aged 96

Jerusalem, 5 December, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The New York Times has reported the death of Jewish-American architect Frank Gehry, aged 96. He designed some of the world’s most recognisable buildings, including the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain. In 2016, he was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian honour in the United States, by then-President Barack Obama.
