Wiliger Industries Ltd. Issues Recall for Frozen Salmon Fillets Due to Labeling Error
Wiliger Industries Ltd. recalls frozen salmon fillets due to a labeling error, urging consumers to return the mislabeled products.
Following a sampling by the Food Service at the Ministry of Health, it was found that in frozen Chilean salmon fillet portions “Delidag,” packaging date: 23.02.2025, expiration date: 31.10.2026, barcode 7290002345282, frozen Norwegian salmon fillet portions “Delidag.”

There is a discrepancy between the labeling on the package, which stated “Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar),” and the actual content, which is silver salmon (Oncorhynchus species).
As a precaution, we are asking consumers to return these products. The products are safe to eat, and the issue concerns labeling only. Consumers who have any of the listed products are asked to contact our customer service by phone at 1800-50-40-50 or by email at customers@em-neto.co.il.
