Jerusalem, 12 June, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli company UVision has introduced a new system that lets helicopters launch its Hero-120 loitering munition. The system was developed with U.S. partners Fulcrum Concepts and Mistral Inc.
It can be added to many types of helicopters without major upgrades. The Hero-120 can carry different warheads for attacking armored vehicles, soft targets, or for surveillance. It also allows ground troops to control the weapon after launch.
UVision says the system improves air-ground coordination and works with both older and new helicopters.
