Jerusalem, 4 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — UST, a U.S.-based digital transformation and AI company, has invested in Israeli voice-AI startup aiOla to expand hands-free, voice-driven automation for frontline industries. aiOla’s platform converts spoken input into structured, auditable workflows, allowing workers in fields like manufacturing and healthcare to interact with systems through natural speech instead of manual data entry.

UST President Manu Gopinath said the deal reflects the company’s vision of “enterprise transformation enabled by AI.” aiOla President Amir Haramaty called UST “the ideal partner” to bring its technology to large enterprises. The companies did not disclose the investment amount.
