Jerusalem, 4 September, 2025 (TPS-IL) — VisionWave Holdings, Inc. (U.S.) and AIPHEX Ltd. (Israel) announced Wednesday the launch of a Nevada-based joint venture valued internally at about $5 billion to advance next-generation defense and space technologies. The venture combines VisionWave’s Evolved Intelligence and autonomous aerial platforms with AIPHEX’s combat-proven multiphysics AI and radar systems, alongside contributions from U.S. firms GBT Tokenize Corp. and GBT Technologies.
Each of the two lead partners will hold nearly 47% ownership. The new entity will pursue U.S. and international defense contracts, with 11 designated projects already in advanced talks. VisionWave CEO Noam Kenig called the deal a step toward “large-scale defense and space contracts.”
