Two Measles Cases on Public Transit

The Health Ministry updates on two measles cases who traveled on public transport.

Travel information

  • October 28, 2025 – Bus from Petah Tikva to Bnei Brak (Route 292) at 07:16 AM, and bus from Bnei Brak to Petah Tikva (Route 292) at 02:45 PM.
  • October 29, 2025 – Bus from Petah Tikva to Bnei Brak (Route 292) at 07:16 AM, and bus from Bnei Brak to Petah Tikva (Route 292) at 02:45 PM.
  • Bus from Petah Tikva to Tel Aviv (Route 166) at 09:00 AM, and train from Tel Aviv to Herzliya at 01:15 PM.
  • October 30, 2025 – Bus from Jerusalem to Bnei Brak (Route 416) at 00:00 AM, and then bus from Bnei Brak to Petah Tikva (Route 292).
  • Bus from Petah Tikva to Tel Aviv (Route 166) at 09:00 AM, and train from Tel Aviv to Herzliya at 01:15 PM
  • Note on October 29, 2025 from 07:00 PM one of the patients was at an event hall in Jerusalem, Dovrat Shalom Street 6.

Since measles is a very contagious disease, the Health Ministry asks people who were at the places and times mentioned above to ensure they are vaccinated according to the Health Ministry’s recommendations. You can check your vaccination status through the gov.il via the digital vaccination record.
