Ni Gil Tanenbaum Breaking News

Jerusalem, 26 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — During the night (Wednesday) as part of the “Five Stones” anti-terror offensive, IDF (Israel Defense Forces) commandos and units in Samaria alongside the Shin Bet (Israel’s anti-terror General Security Service) and Border Police began operating in what the IDF called a “broad divisional operation to thwart terrorism in the “Mehumash” (pentagon” area and other villages in northern Samaria. The operation began following preliminary intelligence identification of attempts by terrorist elements to establish themselves and establish infrastructure in the area.

Before the ground forces had even begun to operate in the area, the Israel Air Force launched attacks to isolate and surround the area where the terrorists were located.

After the attacks, security forces began to operate and scan dozens of buildings and interrogate suspects.

During one of the scans, a video command center was located and terrorist funds were confiscated.

The operation began after activities by the special forces anti-terror IDF Duvdevan (Cherry) Unit, and others, during which three terrorists who had taken part in attacks against Israeli forces and citizens of the State of Israel were eliminated.
