Jerusalem, 10 September, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Radancy, a U.S.-based global leader in talent acquisition software, announced the acquisition of myInterview, an Israel-founded AI hiring platform. The move enhances Radancy’s Agentic AI-powered Talent Acquisition Cloud, adding automated candidate and recruiter AI agents designed to accelerate hiring, reduce costs, and improve recruiter efficiency.

myInterview, used by over 170 companies worldwide, offers AI-driven screening, video interviews, scheduling, and candidate engagement. The integration promises to streamline hiring workflows across systems like ATS and Microsoft Teams.

“By combining Radancy’s global scale with myInterview’s automation expertise, we’re redefining the future of talent acquisition,” said myInterview CEO Benjamin Gillman.
