Meprolight to Equip European Soldiers with Combat-Proven Optics
Israeli firm Meprolight equips Southern European soldiers with combat-proven MVO 1-8x28 riflescopes for rapid target acquisition and precision.
Jerusalem, 9 December, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli electro-optics firm Meprolight has been awarded a contract to supply the armed forces of an unspecified Southern European country with its MVO 1-8×28 riflescopes. The low-power variable optics are designed for rapid target acquisition and precision in both close-quarters and mid-range engagements, with rugged construction tested under extreme conditions.
“armed forces today require optics that maintain clarity, stability and reliability under extreme stress, and the MVO series continues to prove itself,” said Meprolight Senior Vice President Golan Kalimi. Meprolight, part of SK Group, has supplied combat-proven optics to militaries and security forces in over 60 countries.
