Israel’s Priority Software Acquires SCS to Boost Warehouse Management Expertise

Jerusalem, 4 September, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli enterprise software provider Priority Software has acquired SCS, an Israeli specialist in warehouse management systems (WMS) implementation, to strengthen its logistics and supply chain offerings.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv, Priority is a global provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and business management software, serving more than 75,000 customers in 70 countries. Founded in 2018, Israel-based SCS built its reputation deploying Priority’s AI-driven WMS platform, which features real-time inventory tracking, automated routing, and advanced analytics.

SCS will be integrated into Priority’s ERP Delivery Department while maintaining its operations and culture.
