Gil Tanenbaum Breaking News

Jerusalem, 9 December, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The Bank of Israel reported that Israel’s foreign exchange reserves at the end of November 2025 stood at $231.425 billion, a decline of $529 million from their level at the end of the previous month. The level of the reserves relative to GDP was 39.7%.

The decline was mainly explained by foreign exchange activity by the government totaling about $1.075 billion, explained the Bank. This decline was partly offset by a revaluation of the reserves totaling approximately $568 million.
