Jerusalem, 24 June, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Defense Minister Israel Katz revealed that, throughout the day, drones from Iran approached Israel and were intercepted by defense systems. The US preferred Israel intercept them and not take action against Iran.
Several Iranian drones on their way to Israel were intercepted outside the country’s borders during the afternoon.
According to the IDF (Israel Defense Forces), the drones were launched before the ceasefire went into effect this morning.
