Jerusalem, 10 December, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Bendit Technologies, an Israeli medical device company, announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has cleared its Bendit17 Microcatheter, the smallest steerable microcatheter on the market. The device allows physicians to navigate complex vascular pathways with or without a guidewire, offering enhanced precision in neurovascular and peripheral procedures.

Bendit plans to begin its first U.S. clinical procedures in January 2026, following final production stages. CEO Oz Cabiri called the FDA clearance a “major milestone” that will expand access to advanced endovascular care. The company is also pursuing regulatory approvals in other countries.
