Jerusalem, 10 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Authorities at Ben Gurion Airport thwarted an attempt to smuggle 18 kilograms of MDMA, valued at roughly NIS 6 million ($1.8 million), the israel police announced on Monday.

The suspect, a Beit Shemesh man in his 30s, was arrested after returning from Prague when customs inspectors discovered a double-walled mirror concealing the drugs in his suitcase.
