Israeli firm AudioCodes wins Best Microsoft Teams Contact Center Award and secures certification for Voca CIC, enhancing customer experience with advanced AI
Jerusalem, 28 August, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli communications technology firm AudioCodes announced that its Voca Conversational Interaction Center (CIC) has achieved Microsoft Teams Unify certification, enabling seamless integration with Teams Phone and access to Microsoft Azure AI Foundry. The Voca CIC, built natively on Azure Communication Services, delivers high reliability and advanced AI-powered customer experience tools such as sentiment analysis and interaction summarization.
The announcement comes alongside Voca CIC winning the UC Today 2025 Best Microsoft Teams Contact Center Award, marking its third major recognition in two years.
