Jerusalem, 25 September, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli agricultural tech company Groundwork BioAg has joined U.S. firm Anew Climate to sell 500,000 tons of verified soil carbon removal credits over three years. The credits come from Groundwork’s Rootella Carbon® program, which has proven to sequester nearly four times more carbon than traditional methods.

Groundwork CEO Alon Werber said the program not only helps fight climate change but also increases crop yields and cuts fertilizer costs.
