Israel Sees Continued Decline in Importation of Major Appliances

Jerusalem, 9 December, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The Israel Tax Authority reported that in november 2025, compared to November 2024, the decline in imports of white goods – major appliances – continued, except for dishwashers. Imports of refrigerators, washing machines, and dryers decreased by 40.8%, 35.6%, and 8.6%, respectively. Imports of dishwashers, on the other hand, increased by 13.6%.

Since the beginning of the year, imports of refrigerators, washing machines, and dishwashers have decreased by 2.0%, 22.9%, and 5.1%, respectively. Imports of dishwashers have increased by 2.7%.

Television imports decreased by 9.9% in November 2025 compared to the same month last year. Cumulatively, January – November 2025 was a decrease of 20.2% compared to January – November 2024.
