Israel Marks Arrival of 1,000th Military Supply Flight in Wartime Airlift

Jerusalem, 19 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Defense Ministry announced the arrival of the 1,000th aircraft in its wartime “air train” at Ben-Gurion Airport. Since the start of the war, more than 120,000 tons of weapons, munitions, armored vehicles, medical gear and protective equipment have been delivered via 1,000 planes and about 150 ships.

Maj. Gen. (res.) Amir Baram, the ministry’s Director General, said the effort forms a “strategic supply chain” enabling the Israel Defense Forces to sustain operations, noting that Israel is simultaneously boosting domestic production and expanding cooperation with international partners.
