Drone Smuggling Firearms Across Israel’s Borders Intercepted by Military
IDF intercepts drone smuggling firearms across Israeli border, foiling attempt to bring ten pistols into the country.
Jerusalem, 26 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) said its forces foiled an attempt to smuggle ten pistols through Israel’s eastern border yesterday (Tuesday), after its surveillance and the air control center identified a drone carrying the weapons that crossed from the east into the territory of the State of Israel.
The drone was intercepted once it was identified.
Earlier today (Wednesday), IDF forces from the 406th “Yoav” Territorial Brigade scanned the area and located the drone carrying ten pistols.
