Jerusalem, 4 August, 2025 (TPS-IL) — For the first time, Canada joined an international humanitarian airdrop over Gaza, as part of a coordinated effort involving six countries, the Israel Defense Forces said on Monday.

According to the IDF, 120 aid packages were dropped across the Gaza Strip in cooperation with the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Egypt, Germany, Belgium, and Canada.
