Jerusalem, 24 July, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Central Bureau of Statistics reported that, in June 2025, 31 people were killed in automobile accidents on the roads of Israel.

The was 12 fewer deaths compared to June 2024 (43).

There were two fewer fatalities compared to the June monthly average in the years 2021-2023 (33).

The total number of road accidents in June 2025 was 508. This constituted a decrease of 23% compared to June 2024 (660) and a decrease of 44.5% compared to the June monthly average in 2021-2023 (915).

The number of seriously injured in road accidents in June 2025 was 150. This was a decrease of 36.2% compared to June 2024 (235) and a decrease of 38% compared to the June average in 2021-2023 (242).

The number of casualties in road accidents in June 2025 was 928. This was a decrease of 21% compared to June 2024 (1,174), and a decrease of 41.5% compared to the June monthly average in 2021-2023 (1,585).
