19 Arrests Made in Anti-Crime Raid on Bedouin Village
Israeli police arrested 16 wanted individuals and discovered ammunition during a large raid on the Bedouin village of Tarabin in the Negev, as part of Operation.
Jerusalem, 30 December, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The israel police said that 16 wanted individuals were apprehended, 19 criminals were removed, and military ammunition and extensive combat equipment were discovered when large forces of police and raided the Bedouin village of Tarabin in the Negev. This came as part of an expansion of operation “New Order” against crime in the Negev.
During the operation, disturbances began toward the police forces, who responded with means to remove and disperse the suspects. Searches were conducted in the alleged criminals’ compounds, and a full encirclement of the village was carried out with bulldozers in order to ensure the security of the southern residents.
