14 Palestinians Caught Residing Illegally in Jerusalem, Police Say
Israeli Border Police apprehend 14 Palestinians illegally residing in Jerusalem after suspicious vehicle attempt to flee, driver also detained for questioning.
Jerusalem, 23 July, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli Border Police arrested 14 Palestinians illegally residing in eastern Jerusalem, the Israel Police said on Wednesday.
The arrests came after officers identified a suspicious vehicle that attempted to flee upon spotting police. After stopping the car, soldiers found 14 individuals from Judea and Samaria inside. The driver, a man in his 30s from eastern Jerusalem, was also taken in for questioning.
