Jerusalem, 26 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Employment Service, part of the Ministry of Economy and Industry, has launched Co-Job, a free AI-powered app designed to help job seekers prepare for interviews. The application simulates real interview scenarios, generates position-specific questions, and provides instant feedback and recommendations.
Adv. Einbal Meshesh, Director General of the Employment Service, said the system reflects the agency’s effort to equip citizens with advanced tools, enabling them to enter interviews with both skill and confidence in an increasingly competitive labor market. The service is open to all users nationwide.
