Tel Aviv man questioned & released for denying shelter access during siren, a criminal offense endangering public safety.
Upon receiving the report at the 100 dispatch center, officers arrived at the scene, began clarifying the circumstances of the incident, and a short while ago the suspect concluded his interrogation and was released under restrictive conditions.
