The indictment filed by Adv. Reut Navon Markov from the Central District Attorney’s Office (Criminal) states that about a month ago, the defendant installed a security camera on the structure of the complainant’s business. The complainant removed the camera, and a dispute arose between them on this background.

Afterwards, the defendant approached the business, masked and armed, entered the business and began firing 20 bullets at the complainant and throughout the business.

After the shooting, he fled the scene and two days later surrendered himself to the police.

As a result of the shooting, the complainant was injured and taken to the hospital for medical treatment. Damage was caused to the business.

The prosecution requests the court to detain the defendant until the end of legal proceedings against him. In the arrest request, the prosecution stated that the defendant acted with cold-bloodedness and fired 20 bullets inside a business in the middle of the day, in the heart of the city, and caused severe injury to the complainant, which indicates extreme dangerousness on the part of the defendant and disregard for human life.

The indictment attributes to the defendant the commission of offenses of carrying a weapon and ammunition, firing a firearm in a residential area in a manner that endangers human life, aggravated assault, and malicious damage to property.
