Israel Warns Southern Lebanon to Evacuate as Strikes on Hezbollah Continue
The IDF has renewed its warning for civilians in southern Lebanon to evacuate north of the Litani River as airstrikes against Hezbollah continue.
Jerusalem, 8 March, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The Israel Defense Forces renewed its warning to civilians in southern Lebanon to evacuate amid ongoing operations against Hezbollah. Army spokesman Col. Avichay Adraee said airstrikes continue as the military targets Hezbollah’s activities.
Adraee reiterated the warning to residents, first issued on Wednesday, to move north of the Litani River.
