Jerusalem, 4 March, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Overnight, the Israel Police arrested four suspects, residents of Hebron, ages 22, 24, 50 and 55, for incitement to terrorism and sympathy for an enemy state during wartime, including a legal advisor from the Palestinian Authority who published a photo of the late Iranian leader Khamenei alongside words of praise and glorification.
Since the outbreak of the current campaign, intelligence gathering activities by the IDF Central Command and the police’s Judea and Samaria District have focused on monitoring incitement on social media among Palestinians and sympathy for an enemy state
One of the detainees, whose activities were monitored by intelligence from the IDF’s (Israel Defense Forces) Judea and Samaria Division’s “Judah Arrow” unit, serves as a legal advisor in one of the central Palestinian towns in the area, and published on social media eulogies and glorification for Ali Khamenei, Iran’s Supreme Leader who was eliminated by the IDF at the start of Operation Roaring Lion.
