Following a situation assessment, the Home Front Command’s defense policy will be updated from today (Saturday), May 30, 2026, at 21:00 until Monday, June 1, 2026, at 20:00:1.

Home Front Command updates defense policy from May 30-June 1, 2026, altering activity levels in Northern Israel and restricting gatherings and beaches.

The guidance area, the confrontation line, and the localities of Meron, Bar Yochai, Or Ganuz, Safsufa, Yesod HaMa’ala, Kasra-Sumei, Beit Jann, and Sde Eliezer will move to a reduced activity level. * Educational activities – Educational activities cannot be held. * Workplaces – Can operate in a location from which a standard protected space can be reached during the defense period. * Gatherings and services – Up to 50 people in open areas and up to 200 people in buildings. * Beaches are closed to the public. 2. The guidance areas of Upper Galilee, Northern Golan, and the localities of Katzrin and Kadmat Tzvi will move to a partial activity level. * Educational activities – Can be held in a building or in a location from which a standard protected space can be reached during the defense period. * Workplaces – Can operate in a building or in a location from which a standard protected space can be reached during the defense period. * Gatherings and services – Up to 50 people in open areas and up to 200 people in buildings. * Beaches are closed to the public. The Home Front Command continues to hold ongoing situation assessments. If there are changes in the defense policy, the public will be updated on the official platforms of the Home Front Command and the IDF Spokesperson.
