The IDF has eliminated the commander of the Southern Lebanon sector in the ‘Radwan Force’ unit of the Hezbollah terrorist organization. To date, more than 100 terrorists have been eliminated and more than 60 command posts of the unit have been destroyed.

Rayan was the combat commander of ‘Radwan Force’ in southern Lebanon and was the central figure responsible for coordinating operations, recruiting operatives, and managing the unit’s weapons supply chain. As part of the IDF’s attacks to deepen the damage to the terrorist organization Hezbollah, a significant blow was dealt to the ‘Radwan Force’ unit, the unit responsible for Hezbollah’s raids and serving as a central offensive and propaganda tool for the organization. Alongside the elimination of senior commanders in the ‘Radwan Force’ unit, more than 100 terrorists were eliminated and more than 60 command posts used by the unit were destroyed. The IDF will continue to operate with force against the terrorist organization Hezbollah, which has decided to join the campaign and operate under the auspices of the Iranian regime, and will not allow harm to the citizens of the State of Israel.
