Jerusalem, 16 March, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The Israel Air Force attacked the main headquarters of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Navy.

The headquarters was established within a large military complex of the regime in eastern Tehran, and was used for years by senior commanders to manage the Corps’ activities and promote terrorist operations against the State of Israel and other countries in the maritime domain in the Middle East.

“The IRGC Navy is directly responsible for violating international freedom of navigation and carrying out terrorist acts against civilian ships,” said the IDF (Israel Defense Forces). “The IRGC is also responsible for arming and financing the regime’s terrorist branches, through the transfer of weapons on IRGC ships.”

“The attack on the headquarters deepens the damage to the IRGC’s ongoing activities to promote and carry out terrorist plots against the State of Israel and against freedom of international trade and navigation,” it added.

The IDF did not, however, reveal the results of the attack.
