Jerusalem, 10 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu signed an order revoking the citizenship of two Israelis who were convicted of committing acts of terrorism. The two will now be deported. This is the first time in Israel’s history that such an act has been taken against holders of israeli citizenship.
“This morning, I signed the revocation of citizenship and deportation of two Israeli terrorists, who carried out stabbing and shooting attacks against Israeli civilians and were rewarded for their criminal actions by the Palestinian Authority,” Netanyahu said in a statement.
The Prime Minister’s Office did not, however, reveal the identities of the two or specifics of their crimes.
